BREATHE.
MOVE.
TRANSFORM.
A nonprofit healing ecosystem for the body, the mind, and the life you’re actually trying to live.
Structured training delivered through Healing Circles, funded access, and a community that carries the work beyond the room.
More than a studio.
A movement built on breath.
Asé Flow is a 501c3 nonprofit healing ecosystem in Phoenix. We train the breath, regulate the nervous system, and restore personal power through structured practice and community-based Healing Circles.
This is not a studio that sells classes. It is a movement that builds practitioners.
The work happens in the room. The transformation happens in the community that carries it.
THE CIRCLESWhere the work actually happens.
The Hive and the Dojo are anchors - not limits.
Asé Flow programs can happen in person, virtually, at partner locations, or inside practitioner-owned spaces. The movement meets people where they already are.

Our Programs
Our services are designed to make wellness and self-defense accessible to families and individuals seeking personal growth and holistic health.
Holistic Workshops
Held on the first Sunday of every month, our free workshops cover topics like nutrition, mindfulness, breathwork, Tai Chi, and Kriya Yoga. Each session offers practical tools for everyday well-being, helping participants gain a deeper connection to themselves and their community.Self-Defense Classes
Our self-defense classes equip participants with the skills to protect themselves, build confidence, and reduce violence. We offer foundational martial arts training as well as advanced techniques, with a focus on self-awareness and peaceful conflict resolution.Family & Community Engagement
We encourage families to train and grow together! Parents can attend classes through our membership program, which allows children (ages 12-17) to participate for free when accompanied by a parent. Our family-centered approach fosters connection, while our community events and leadership workshops inspire collective strength and resilience.
