2. Classes and Memberships

  • Bookings: All class bookings are subject to availability. We recommend pre-booking to secure your spot.

  • Memberships: Memberships are non-transferable and are valid only for the individual who purchased the membership. Unlimited class memberships allow access to all regularly scheduled classes.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time. Failure to cancel within this window will result in the forfeiture of the class or charge for that session.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment Terms: All payments for classes, memberships, and events are due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and Stripe.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds on classes, memberships, or passes. However, in extenuating circumstances, we may offer credit towards future sessions.

  • Late Payments: If payment is not received on time for memberships or bookings, Ase Flow Studio reserves the right to deny access to classes or suspend memberships.

4. Health and Safety

  • Waiver: By participating in any class or event at Ase Flow Studio, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks. You agree to release Ase Flow Studio, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injury or loss related to your participation.

  • Health Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically able to participate in the classes. If you have any medical conditions, please consult your physician before joining.

  • Code of Conduct: We strive to create a safe and respectful environment for all participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension from classes without a refund.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Class Changes: Ase Flow Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify participants and offer an alternative session or credit.

  • Membership Suspension: Members may request to pause their membership for up to one month per calendar year. Requests must be submitted in writing.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide during the registration or booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your participation in our programs. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
